He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Picou and Janet S. Picou. He is survived by: his wife Margaret H. Picou; his children, Elizabeth S. Picou (Jordan M. Feffer) and Jon D. Picou, Jr. (Kylie K. Picou); and his granddaughters, Anna S. Feffer, Emilia G. Feffer and Clara K. Picou.
