He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George Anstey M. D. and Catherine L.; and his brother G. Stephen Anstey Ph. He is survived by: his wife Erika L. Anstey; his siblings, John T. Anstey M. D. (Colleen), James P. Anstey and Mary Ellen Anstey R. N. (L. D. Whitaker); his nephews, Christopher (Melissa) and Tom; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ally, Maggie, Miles, Jake, Elle, Clare and Nora; his mother-in-law Anita F. Dickey; his siblings-in-law, Dana Babel (Jarrod), Douglas Dickey (Cindy), Bruce Dickey (Dodie) and Mathew Dickey (Lisa); and his siblings' children, Meghan, Sam, Allison, Caroline, Henry (Kelsey), Joseph and Pete (Brigit).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a cancer research charity.
