He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Monahan Bick and James Patrick Bick Sr.; and his nephew Thomas Charles Bick. He is survived by: his siblings, James Bick Jr. (Kelly) of St. Louis, William Bick (Karol) of St. Louis, Francis Bick (Joan) of Dallas, Molly Callahan of St. Louis, Maggie Bick of St. Louis, Tricia Davies (Tad) of St. Louis, Mary Jonz (Jon) of St. Louis and Sarah Alexander (Brian) of Dallas. He is also survived by his 21 nephews and 15 nieces, and 10 great nephews and 5 great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in honor of Joe Bick, to NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness.
