We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024, at the age of 80, Judith A. Elliott (Saint Louis, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Billie L. and Clyde H. Lucas; her stepfather Charley F. Henry; and her siblings, Gloria Overfelt of Jefferson City, MO and William Lucas of Springfield, MO..

She is survived by : her husband Joseph H.; her daughter Debra L. Mandell (Jay) of Rotonda West, FL; and her brother Danny C. Lucas (Jacquie) of O'Fallon, MO.. She is also survived by her nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces and life-long friends.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to American Cancer Society in Judy's name.
