She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hurst and Elenora Hurst; and her siblings, Virginia Frank, Jeanette Bamvakais and Oliver Hurst (Bud).

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Jerry Frank (Sharon), Donna Blunda (late Perry), Laurie Boice (Roche), Nicholas Bamvakais, Mary Bamvakais, Stephen Bamvakais, Barbara Stewart, Victoria Johnson and James Hurst.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to SSM Hospice would be greatly appreciated for their compassionate care for Judith.
