She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Creighton and Helen Creighton; and her husband Robert Edwin Winning. She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Winning of Saint Louis, MO and Robert Winning of Lenexa, KS; and her grandchildren, Aidan, Haley, Evan and Connor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kay'smemory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Alzheimer's Association.
