He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Arlington and Marie Moran Palmer; his grandparents, Hugo, Maggie Moran, Harry and Annie Palmer; his in-laws, John and Ima Dean LaRue; his siblings-in-law, Jack and Marian LaRue; his wife Judy Palmer; his children, Lisa Donald (Carlos) of St. Louis and Mark Palmer of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Rachel and Andrew Donald; and his brother Stephen Palmer (Theadosia "Teddy") of Port Haywood, VA. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
