Fannin; his children, Kelley (Eddy Harris) of New York City and Kyle (Karina Amaya-Ragland) of Kersey, CO.; his grandchildren, Owen Harris and Kensington Ragland; and his siblings, Susan Ragland of South River, NJ, Cathy Plumlee (Steve) of Pinckneyville, IL, John Stevens (Mary) of Graham, WA and David Hess of Fort Collins, CO. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, and friends.
