He is survived by: his children, Lamont (Kristin), Gary Patterson, Larry Levy, Jr., Debra Patterson and Monique Levy; and his siblings, Wardell, Sam (Josephine), Marvin (Joy), Orthel Levy, Diane Oates (Thomas) and Benay Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, a great-grandchild, extended family.
