She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmelo Caputa and Charlotte Caputa; and her close friends, Bella, Milo and Little Ethel.
She is survived by: her husband Brad Klaus; her stepchildren, Jennie Bishop (Joshua), Rachel (Ronnie) and Rice; her godson Joshua Caputa (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Zachary and Aubrey Rice; and her siblings, Dave (Gloria), Tony (Sheila), Karen Caputa (Steve Bock) and Jeff Caputa (Terri).
