He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis D. Hickman Sr. and Lillian Hickman (Newman); and his brother Donnie Ray Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hickman of Florissant, Missouri; his daughters, Marsha Keahna (Mene) of Tama and Cathy Jo Nothdurft (Evan) of Florissant, Missouri; his sister-in-law Jean Hickman of Florissant, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Tieranny Keahna, Keith Keahna, Eli Keahna, Curtis Keahna and Gavin Nothdurft. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's.
