She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Sue Garner. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Ann Pliemling; her sons, Eugene Raymond Higgins (Ida), Robert Anthony Higgins (Chelsie) and David Wayne Higgins (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Micah Burns, Donald Farrar IV and Roxanne Higgins.
