She is survived by: her significant other Elliot; her children, Ryan Nicole Hilderbrand (Koby) and Cody Allen Adams; her granddaughter Iris Lou Adams; her parents, David Christoff and Judy Christoff; her siblings, Amy Christoff Breuer, Aaron Christoff (Susan) and Andrew Christoff (Melanie); and her nieces and nephews, Ben, Claudia Breuer, Henry, Brooks Christoff, Daphne and Sawyer Christoff. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Family Center at Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory (14960 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lisa's memory to Mission Missouri (), an organization close to her heart whose mission reflected her deep belief that people deserve second chances and the opportunity to build full and meaningful lives through hard work and perseverance. Donations may also be made to her granddaughter Iris's education fund () using Ugift Code A3C-23P, helping continue the educational opportunities that Lisa cared about so deeply.
