She is survived by: her daughter Denise Smith Jackson; her grandsons, Solomon Xaiver Jackson and Simeon Xerxes Jackson; and her sisters, Patricia Peeples Barnes and Dorothy Peeples Ohiomoba. She is also survived by several nieces/grandnieces and nephews/grandnephews.
