She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Walker and Willie Smith. She is survived by: her son Robert Anderson; her sisters, Shirley Walker, Pearl Warren and Louise Scott; her children, Larry Anderson, Sharon Blackburn, Cherie Jenkins (Michael), Annette Anderson (Sharnell) and Catrice Garrett; and her sisters, Betty Caldwell, JoAnn Austin, Christine Walker, Geraldine O'Neal, Earnestine McKinney and Ethel Gilbert. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church (1121 Dr M R Lemons Blvd, East St Louis, IL 62207). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
