She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Edward Howard (Ed); her parents, Arthur John and Cecilia Marie Hory; her sister Catherine Florence Westra; her grandson Ryan Thomas Howard; and her son-in-law Joseph Elias Abs.

She is survived by: her children, Marian Riley (James) of St. Louis, MO, Carolyn Abs of St. Louis, MO, Thomas Howard (Janice) of Pacific, MO, Arthur Howard (Pamela) of Ballwin, MO, Kenneth Howard (Sharon) of Creve Coeur, MO, James Howard (Karen) of Ballwin, MO, Daniel Howard (Denise) of St. Louis, MO and Barbara Howard; her grandchildren, Katherine Riley, Marie Riley, Margaret Riley, Kevin Beaty, Michael Abs (Taylor), Claire Abs, Joseph Howard (Julie), Matthew Howard (Tara), Lindsey Illinger (Eric), Andrew Howard (Lauren), Anna Howard, Mary Howard, Alexandra Howard, Spencer Howard, Brian Howard and Mary Beth Millstone (Mason); her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Trudeau (Russell) and Daniel Missey (Melanie); and her great grandchildren, Anne Howard, Eleanor Howard, Samantha Illinger, Gabrielle Illinger, Rosemary Howard, Avery Trudeau, Sydney Trudeau and Tatum Missey.
