She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest and Jane; and her brothers, Robert Chamberlain (Josephine) and Dr. Phillip Hoffsten. She is survived by: her husband Dr. W. David Kistler, Jr.; her sons, John Kistler (Susan), Mark Kistler and James Kistler (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Joseph and Ella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
