He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Y. (Celia) and Briggs. He is survived by : his wife Michelle; his daughters, Judy Carson (Randy) and Joy Hanak (Marty); his granddaughters, Nicole Doss (Joshua), Ruth Melton (Eddie), Krista Buck (Tom), Katlyn Garcia (Kyle) and Kimberly Fox; his great grandchildren, Lily Brand, Noah Lepp, Ellie Doss, Brittany Benton (Bobby), Gina Melton, Cora, Celia, Lucas, Elizabeth and Katalena; and his great great grandchild Brewer Benton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South City Chapel (7027 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Calendar Lake Charles Park Cemetery (7775 St Charles Rock Rd, St. Louis, MO 63114).
