He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Millikan and Lillian Millikan; and his siblings, Claudean, Armada, Oliver, Joseph, Esther, Wanda and Michael.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Sutfin; his sisters, Hannah and Elizabeth; his children, Diane Smith (David) and Scott Millikan; his grandchildren, Christina Robinson (Shayne), Scott Millikan (Brandy) and Andrea Young (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Amara, Adalyn, Karis, Kaelyn, Titus, Theodore, Carmen, Layne, Easton, Jael and Zoe.
