He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Douglas and Shirley Jane Cook (Frazier); and his brother Gene Cook Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Mary Beth Bauwens (Kim); and his sibling's children, Tyler Bauwens (Jennifer) and Natalie Huber (Brandon).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arcadia Valley Memorial Park.
