She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Booth Sr. and Marie Booth Deschamps (Gambino); her stepparent Emory "Jim" Deschamps, Sr.; and her sister Annette Booth Mayfield Schaeffer. She is survived by: her son Andrew "Andy" Booth; and her siblings, Joseph "Joe" Booth (Terry), Madonna Booth Buhr (Karl "Korky"), Laura Powers, Teresa O'Driscoll (Pat) and William E. Booth, Jr. (Tracy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
