She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McNiel and Essie McNiel. She is survived by: her husband Richard Campbell. She is also survived by three children, four stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Caring Hearts and Hands of Columbia, the hospice facility that provided compassionate care to Kathryn in her final days.
