Though Maureen Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maureen Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Schaefer. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Catarinicchia (Rosario); her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Nico Catarinicchia; and her siblings, Cindy Barton (Dan), Susie Armstrong (late Jerry), Lucie Francis (Greg) and Jim Foster (Susan).
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mary Mother of the Church (5901 Kerth Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128).
