He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Lois Hughes; his parents, Johnny B. Hughes and Ora Hughes Cherry; his siblings, Clevester (Eloise), Sylvester, Lottie Williams (Ronald) and Johnnie Johnson (King); and his stepson W. C. Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Angelo Hughes of St. Louis, Andre Robinson of St. Louis, Frankie Williams Sr. (Darleen) of Killeen and Venise T. Hughes; his sister Marian Williams of St. Louis County; his grandchildren, Lyndsi Hughes, Joshua Hughes, Faith Hughes, Elijah Farrell, Natisha Johnson, Frankie Williams, Jr., Joeliqua Williams and Angel Williams; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Blunt, Kyrie Elzie and Alani Rose Yates. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
