He is survived by: his wife Hue Anna Bentley; his daughters, Tricia Beal (Robb) and Heather Haan (Anthony); his grandchildren, Josiah Haan, Emma Haan (Tyler Finnerty), Sophia Haan, Clara Beal and Anna Beal; his brother Joel Bentley (Mary Ann); his siblings-in-law, Peggy Turbyfill (Mike) and Jimmy Attebury (Sue); and his caregivers, Gail Azu, Gary, Pam Smart, Sharon Davis, Jack, Barbara Clements, Dodie Argo, Mickey, Molly Hennessey, Maddy, Linda Kimball, Denny, Mary Hadian, Jaclyn Jezik, Elizabeth Frichtl, Mike Mooney, Pat Mooney, Mercy Mania, Tina Rice, Ericka McBride, Dr. Lynn A. Cornelius, Petrina Martin, Dawn Elliott and Sarah Houston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
