He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Tokar and Dollie Robison (Bunch). He is survived by: his sister Jean Davito; his niece Debra Tokar (Colin Borin); and his cousin Sharon Elkins (Jim). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In his memory, the family requests donations be made to the School of the Ozarks, Doctors without Borders, or a charity of your choice in his honor.
