She was predeceased by: her spouse Hoen Leong. She is survived by: her children, Sheron Lew (late Brian), Gen Jew (Jack), Chung (Karen) and Chee (Susan); her grandsons, Michael Lew, Brandon Lew, Zachary Jew, Tyler Jew, Evan Leong (Jess), Elliott Leong and Ethan Leong; and her great grandchild Ezekiel Leong.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Mary Culver Home that is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that provides care for elderly visually impaired women; or a charity organization of your choice.
