She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Bornstein; her sister Sylvia Kaplan (late Manuel); her siblings-in-law, Robert Bornstein (late Florence) and Ely Bornstein (late Dena); and her parents, David Tabak and Pearl Tabak.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Bornstein (Carol) and Barry Bornstein (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Claire Bornstein, Mitchell Bornstein, Natalie Bornstein, Jason Bornstein (Jacob Prussky), Emily Bornstein (Amy Pakett) and Adam Bornstein (Giorgi Mombach).
