He is survived by: his children, Lee Boothe (Mitzi), Keith Boothe (Diona) and Timothy Boothe (Amy); his grandchildren, Amanda Dixon (Cody), Andrew Boothe, Josiah Boothe (Holly), Jovito Allen Boothe, Ashley Boothe and Blake Boothe; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Boothe, TJ and Tyler Dixon; and his sibling Thomas Boothe.
