With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Oather Allen Kelly of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Oather Allen leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Oather Allen Kelly Jr. and Marion Kelly (McLean). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his daughters, Suzanne (Joe) and Melissa (Wade); and his grandchildren, Anna, Luke and Daniel. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
