We announce the death of Ora Lee Hill in Saint Louis, Missouri, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Green; her stepfather Ben Green; her siblings, Pearl, Virginia, Bernice, Evelyn and Ben Green Jr.; her husband Charles Hill; and her children, Donald and Felicia.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joanne Wright, Jacqueline Green and Susie Carawell; her children, Steven Clerkley (Christine), Cary Clerkley, Kimberly Harris Yearwood, Charlotte Overton (Hans) and Diana Hill; her grandchildren, Tina, Giavonna, Qualetta, Alexandria, Mercedez, Chantel, Brandon, Jessica, Justin, Jasmine, Janei, Keenen, Kalleah, Kaden, Cheyenne and Charles; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Aaliyah, Corey, Jahziah, Tionne, Carter, Jacobi, Jabari, Demarco, Demario, Demond, Gabbreile, Isabell, Makya, Brailin, Jas, Jastin, Jaionie and Jaion.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church (915 N Taylor Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
