Patricia Ann Augustyniak Obituary

She is survived by: her husband Dennis "Denny"; her daughters, Erica (Chris Catron) and Emily; her grandchildren, Neo and Lilith; and her sisters, Louise Conroy (Patrick) and Marie McCloskey (Tom). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (11910 Eddie & Park Rd, St. Louis, MO 63126). A committal service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patti's name to either SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children as she always wanted to give back to those who helped her and her children along their journey.
