She was predeceased by: her mother Church; her brother James "JJ" Merlo (Janet); and her great-nephews, Joseph, John and Matt.
She is survived by: her sibling Kay Grein (John); her nieces and nephews, Debbie Merlo, Tim Merlo (Cara), Bob Merlo, Gretchen Bender (Todd), Maggie Nikolai (Phil), Kristen Hensen and Shelly Merlo; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Caitlyn (Cole), Jack, Anna, Mark, Sam, Ava and Aubrey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pat's memory to St. Ambrose Forever c/o the Matthew Nikolai Scholarship or the Sick and Elderly Program of The Hill would be greatly appreciated by her family.
