She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Joseph O'Brien Jr.; her parents, William Catlett and Sarah Catlett; her daughter Catherine O'Brien-Hille; and her siblings, Betty Hodges, Veronica Adams, Edward Catlett, Joseph Catlett and Roy Catlett.

She is survived by: her son Andrew J. O'Brien, III (Shirley); her grandchildren, Jessica Rice (Ramiro Martinez), Ellen Ramey (Christopher), Patrick Rice (Amy), Elizabeth Clark (Daniel), Steven Hille (Emily) and Caitlin O'Brien; her great grandchildren, MacKenzie Martinez of Sophie Martinez, R. J, Tate Ramey, Brayden Ramey, Jade Spruiel, Maryah Spruiel, Patrick Joseph Rice, Geneivie Clark, Trinity Clark, Isaac Clark, Cadence Clark, Austyn Schnur and Steven James Hille; her siblings, Michael Catlett (Ann), Virginia Bailey (Jim), Catherine Amos (late Bill), Margie King (late Walter) and Gertrude Moses; and her sister-in-law Theresa Fusche.

Memorials may be made in Pauline's name to American Cancer Society.
