She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardee Thompson and Grace Thompson (John Fajen); and her daughter Polly Fajen. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Kathy Morris, Libby Brown, Melanie Linger (Chris) and Barbara Olson; her grandchildren, Jessica Jones (Cliff), Andrea Powell, Jennifer Linger, Jacob Olson, Michael Linger (Lauren) and Heather Linger; her great grandchildren, Ethan Powell and Eliza Linger; her sister Susan Lucas; her niece Sarah Lucas (Jonathon Kass); her great-niece Stella Grace Kass; and her nephew Isaiah Lucas Kass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salem Lutheran School or the Kukele Language Development and Bible Translation - Lutheran Bible Translators.
