He is survived by: his caregiver Kurt Rehwinkel of St. Louis, MO.; his sisters, Yvonne Roth (Don) of Evansville, IN and Rita Roberts (Ronnie) of Nebo, KY.; and his nieces and nephews, Serina White (Shane), LaDonna Childers, Cathy Taylor (Bobby), Lindsey Moore (Chris), Heather Roth, Jessi Davis, Carrie Kirkwood, Wesley Lynn (Amy), Scott Lynn (Tina), Jamie Lynn (Lydia), Shawn Lynn (Heather), Ryan Roth (Jo) and Todd Roth.
