He was predeceased by: his parents, J. L. Lynn and Ernestine Moore Lynn; and his brothers, Jerry Lynn, Jimmy Lynn and Barry Lynn.
He is survived by: his caregiver Kurt Rehwinkel of St. Louis, MO.; his sisters, Yvonne Roth (Don) of Evansville, IN and Rita Roberts (Ronnie) of Nebo, KY.; and his siblings' children, Serina White (Shane), LaDonna Childers, Cathy Taylor (Ty), Lindsey Moore (Chris), Heather Roth, Jessi Davis, Carrie Kirkwood, Wesley Lynn (Amy), Scott Lynn (Tina), Jamie Lynn (Lydia), Shawn Lynn (Heather), Ryan Roth (Jo) and Todd Roth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Phillip's Last Journey Home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home and Crematory Madisonville Chapel (2285 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431).
