He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Woodworth; his children, Raymond Casey Jr. (late Marcie) of Elizabeth City, NC, Lisa Howard (Ronald) of Wood River, IL and Susan Maddux (Bill) of Festus, MO; and his siblings, Josephine Dundon (late Herb) of Farmington, MO and Feona Juppier (late Paul) of Farmington, MO.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
