He was predeceased by: his siblings, William (Bernice), Eugene Botz (Aileen), Mary Lou Hirsch (Raymond) and Ruby Brasell (Glen). He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Botz; his son Wayne Botz (Judy); his son-in-law Rodney "Joe" Botz; and his granddaughter Carolyn Botz.
