He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. (Lucille) and Linebach. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lakin and Katy Kozlowski (Erik); his grandchildren, Emily Gualdoni (Mike), Joey Kozlowski, Sgt Ryan Kirby (Samantha) and Jack Kirby; and his former wife Patricia Linebach (Kelly Kiel).
