He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinald V. Kozikowski and Faith Elliott; and his siblings, Gene Davis and Gay Vanlandingham. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Kozikowski (Peter Casey), Chelsea Kozikowski (Brett Yancey), Renée Kozikowski and Suzanne Kozikowski; his wife Susan Kozikowski; his grandchildren, Roman Yancey, Cullen Yancey and Rosalie Casey; and his siblings, Richard Kozikowski, Leroy Artman, Billy Elliot, Sharon Badour and Kenny Elliot.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Collier's Funeral Home (3400 N Lindbergh Blvd, St Ann, MO 63074). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
