He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schafer and Norma Schafer (Braden); and his brother Robert Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Beth Greene-Wise; his children, Elisa Light (Danny) of Mustang, OK, Victoria Schafer of Grove and Richard Schafer, Jr. (Caren) of Sachse, TX; and his sister Peggy Morris of Glen Heights.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Crossroads Church (56900 E Hwy 59, Afton, OK 74343).
