He is survived by: his children, Kayden Blake, Ryleigh Blake and Isis Arnold; his parents, Scott and Lynn; and his siblings, Ronald Mundy, Aaron Blake, Tracy Mundy, Alisha Degonia (Phillip), Casey Koeln (Issac), Katelynn Blake and Angel Meek.
