He was predeceased by: his father Dave. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughters, Malynda Schmaltz (Jim) and Penny Scovill (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Matt, Joey, Paige, Zack and Colin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
