He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Volz and Wilhelmina Volz; his brother Sylvester T. Volz Jr.; and his son Steven Volz. He is survived by: his wife Janet Volz; and his children, Susan Maddox (Herb), Sharon Boggiano (Mark), David Volz (Katherine) and Robert Volz (Becky). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and thirty-nine great-grandchildren.
Service: 12:00 PM, In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, honoring Bob's lifelong commitment to compassion and care.
