He is survived by: his stepmother Lorraine Fulsom; his wife Cheryl Dugan; his children, Robert J. Fulsom and Rachele Leach (John); his grandchildren, Tyler Picha (Brittany), Sydnee Picha, Sabrina Fulsom and Alana Fulsom; his great grandchild Demi Picha; and his siblings, Rick Fulsom (Julie), Pattie Sang (Gary), Maureen Rudolf (Richard) and Barbara Holthaus (Mark). He is also survived by his family and friends.
