He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burton "Burt" and Reva Louis Tucker (Fisk); his siblings, Raymond Tucker and Sharon Wolfe; and his brothers-in-law, Sherman Starkey and Michael Counsell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Tucker (Rosalie), Ernest "Peanut" Tucker (Edna), Betty Starkey, Ethel Tate (Benjamin) and Sue Counsell; and his brother-in-law Jerry Wolfe.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grace Church (1835 MO-72, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marcus Memorial Cemetery.

Memorials may be made in Rocky's honor to the Marquand School District Music Department.
