He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrel C. Philips and Hilda M. Philips; and his siblings, Janet Dillion and James. He is survived by: his siblings, David Phillips (Denise), Mary Gossage (William) and Steven Philips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
