He is survived by: his wife Velma Smiley; his sons, Donald (Tiffany), Demetris (Kiisha) and David (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Ashley, Shelby, Jarrid, Farrah, Ania, Leah, Cameron, McCai and Kaylen; and his siblings, Roscoe Smiley Jr. (Rosa) and Charlotte Stokes (John). He is also survived by four nieces and seven nephews.
