He is survived by: his son Shannon Collins (Desi) of Coos Bay, OR; his grandchildren, Deven Collins (Alex) of Roseburg, OR and Tabetha Collins (Andrew) of Roseburg, OR; his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Chrysanthemum and Talon; his partner's children, Lisa, Scott Danford, Adam, Selma Langford, Tony and Jessica Brinley; his daughter-in-law Vicki Collins; his sister Claudia Thorns of Nevada, MO; and his nephews, David Thorns of Kansas City, MO and John Thorns of South Dakota. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
