She is survived by: her son David Ragsdale (Debbie); her son-in-law Ted Herbert; and her grandchildren, Ted Herbert Jr. (Twyla), Tracy Kisgen (Bob), Tim Herbert (Dawn), Christopher Ragsdale (Sonya) and Joseph Ragsdale. She is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials: Ruth requested that donations in her memory be made to her church, West Overland Bible Church.
